Shipping Policy
At Velouré Cosmetics, we carefully prepare and package every order to ensure your products arrive safely and beautifully. Please allow approximately 5–7 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Processing times may be slightly longer during launches, restocks, holidays, or periods of high order volume.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and shipping carrier.
Velouré Cosmetics proudly offers worldwide shipping. Please note that international customers may be responsible for any applicable customs fees, duties, or taxes required by their country. Velouré Cosmetics is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs processing, weather, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Return & Exchange Policy
Your satisfaction is important to us, and we want you to love every Velouré Cosmetics purchase. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us with your order number and photos. Once approved, we’ll arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund when applicable.
For approved damaged-item returns, Velouré Cosmetics will cover return shipping costs.
